By accessing or using the Kassa Connect website, chatbot widget, and associated services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Kassa Connect provides an AI-powered chatbot that can be embedded on your website to answer customer questions, capture leads, and manage support inquiries. The Service includes a dashboard where you can configure your chatbot's behaviour, view analytics, and manage conversations.

• Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. No payment information is required to start the trial.
• Paid Plans: After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Pricing and features are outlined on our Pricing page.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Update your information promptly if it changes.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your provided payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

• Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a subscription. You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
• Price Changes: We may adjust our pricing from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the Service to transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

• Your Content: You retain ownership of any content (e.g., FAQ data, training materials) you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
• Our Use: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service to you.

7. Data Privacy

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KASSA CONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kassa Connect and its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
