By accessing or using the Platform, Employers (businesses/organizations posting jobs) and Employees/Job Seekers (individuals seeking employment) agree to comply with these Terms.

General Terms for All Users
2.1 Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old.
- Employers must be legally registered entities or individuals authorized to hire in Ghana.
2.2 Account Registration
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Safeguard your account credentials; you are responsible for all activities under your account.
2.3 Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Post false, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or harassment.
- Share viruses, spam, or disrupt the Platform’s functionality.
2.4 Data Privacy
- mcsamdad.com complies with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
- User data (e.g., resumes, job posts) is collected for Platform functionality only.

Terms for Employers
3.1 Job Postings
- Ensure job listings are accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory under Ghana’s Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651).
- Do not post jobs involving illegal activities or prohibited industries (e.g., scams, adult content).
3.2 Hiring Responsibilities
- Employers are solely responsible for:
o Verifying candidate qualifications.
o Compliance with employment laws (e.g., contracts, wages, taxes).
- mcsamdad.com does not guarantee candidate suitability.
3.3 Fees
- Fees for listings or services must be paid promptly.

Terms for Employees/Job Seekers
4.1 Profile Accuracy
- Provide truthful information in profiles/resumes.
- Do not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or identity.
4.2 Job Applications
- Apply only to jobs for which you meet the stated qualifications.
- Employers may conduct background checks; consent to these is your responsibility.
4.3 Communication
- Report suspicious job postings or Employer misconduct to Samdad.com.

Platform Responsibilities & Limitations
5.1 Services
- mcsamdad.com is a platform for connecting Employers and Employees.
- We do not:
o Guarantee job placement or hiring success.
o Endorse or verify Users’ content.
5.2 Liability
- mcsamdad.com is not liable for:
o Disputes between Employers and Employees.
o Losses arising from Platform use (e.g., jobs, data breaches).
5.3 Modifications
- We may update these Terms or suspend the Platform at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
